EMI Radiated 

Emission test system 

  BIP Roottek provides table-top EMI RE testing solution with the RF shielding box and EMI testing antennas. The data between measured by our solution and the data measured by compliance chamber shows very good correlation. In addition, it has better ability to measure EMI signal (Digital noise) at lower frequencies. Improve convenience and shorten time to take measurements with our cost-effective EMI testing solution in the lab. (The RSA507A from Tektronix is used to test EMI Radiated Emission test.)

 저희 BIP Roottek 에서는 기존 Chamber에서 테스트 하던 EMI RE test를 보다 쉬운 방법으로 테스트 할 수 있도록 EMI RE testing 용 RF shielding box와 안테나를 제공합니다. TeKtronix사의 RSA507A 를 이용하여 저희 solution을 측정한 데이터와 compliance에서 측정한 데이터를 비교 분석한 결과 매우 유사한 data가 측정되는 것을 확인 하였습니다. 이에 더하여, 낮은 주파수에서는 좀 더 우수한 EMI signal (digital noise)이 측정 되는 성능도 보여주고 있습니다. 저희 비아이피 루트텍의 cost-effective EMI testing solution을 이용하여 보다 손쉽게 실험실에서 측정하여, EMI testing 의 편의성과 시간을 개선하시기 바랍니다.

BIP Roottek’s EMI RE testing RF shielding box and antenna

​비아이피 루트텍은 다양한 DUT사이즈에 대응하기 위해 3종류의 cost-effective EMI RE testing solution을 제공합니다.

Three types of EMI RE testing solution are provided to test various DUT. 

​

  1. Small size RF shielding box (RT-2124) with RTA-S102A

    • Suitable for small device: handset, headset, module test, etc.

    • Inner size: 333x288x174mm , Outer size: 410x347x252mm

    • RTA-S102A size: 250x280x62mm​

  2. Mid-size RF shielding box (RT-2330) with RTA-S102A

    • Suitable for mid-size device

    • Inner size: 457x480x358mm , Outer size: 517x634x444

    • RTA-S103A size: 250x280x62mm

  3. Large-size RF shielding box (RT-2341) with 2x RTA-S103A  

    • Suitable for Large-size device

    • Inner size: 906x864x905mm , Outer size: 1013x998x1036

    • 2xRTA-S103A will be attached on the top and bottom

      • Bottom RTA-S103A is place on the center of bottom

      • Top RTA-S103A is place on top with position-movable fixture.
